Your quote request — and only it — is passed on to the partner provider located in Paraguay, and only if you ticked the transfer checkbox. Paraguay is not covered by an EU adequacy decision: this transfer is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses concluded with the provider (copy available on request). Emails collected through the calculator or the newsletter are never passed to the provider. Our technical tools (email sending, automation) may be hosted outside the EU; those operations are governed by the standard contractual clauses of their data processing agreements.
Quote requests: a maximum of 24 months, then deletion. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Proof of your consents (date, wording version) is logged.
